Our Role
We act in two capacities.
As a Processor. When we deliver our platform to a client — an event organizer, host, or brand — that client is the Controller of the attendee, exhibitor, and sponsor data processed through it. They determine what is collected and why. We process that data only on their documented instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement meeting the requirements of GDPR Article 28.
As a Controller. We act as Controller for information we collect for our own business purposes — client and prospect contacts, website visitors, marketing and billing records, and security and audit data. This policy describes that processing.

Identifiers and business contact information — name, job title, employer, business email, phone, and postal address

Security information — access logs and records generated for fraud prevention and system integrity

Registration and profile data supplied by the attendee or the event organizer
Preference and interest data collected through pre-event questionnaires and AI-assisted interviews
Meeting, session, and networking activity
